Prepare the cream: pour the Quartirolo lombardo DOP into a bowl, add in a spoonful of milk and mix until you get a soft and thick consistency.
To finish with a flourish, chop up some already peeled pistachios over your cream, take the breadsticks of the desired size and spread the Quartirolo cream on them (leaving the tips undressed).Serve and taste.
