Information on common personal data handling
Informative document according to and in consequence of art. 13 del GDPR 67972016
Zanetti SpA protects the confidentiality of personal data and guarantees the necessary protection from any kind of possible violation. As per the EU Regulations ref.no. 2016/679 ( “GDPR”), mainly art. Nr. 13, the below information concerning personal data processing is provided to all the users (if “interested/involved”.

Purpose of treatment:
We inform you that the processing of your personal data is aimed at sending invitations and information about our events, services and research.
The personal data provided by users are processed in the normal course of Zanetti SpA's business in order to respond to the questions and requests expressed by sending e-mails from this site; the data will be used to maintain relations with the data subject and will be communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for that purpose and in any case with the express consent of the data subject. (required shipping material, answering questions, etc.).
The information is provided only for the site www.zanetti-spa.it and not for other websites that the user may consult through links.
Methods of the handling:
The handling will be managed with the means and information systems at our disposal, which will be adapted to the security measures as enacted by Italian law, n. 196, June 30, 2003; this data will be handled only by persons suitably charged from our company or from companies belonging to our Group. We inform you that your personal data will be constantly updated in our database with the data you communicate to us.
Communication and circulation limits of the data we own:
Your data will be kept safely within our company and will be accessed only by those responsible for it. The data will not be communicated to third parties or to external organizations.
Zanetti does not deal, lease or leave to third parties any data of the interested party without his/her prior evident agreement (except possible legal obligations).
Data retention:
Personal data of the interested party are kept in paper, file or web archives at the head offices of the Record-owner. Unless the interested party does not pale express his own will to remove them, the personal data will be kept until the purpose exists and for which data were collected.
Browsing data:
We will not collect any personal information about you when you access our network services unless you choose to provide that information to us (i.e. sending us a request via email).
As with most web servers on the net, our server will automatically record the following information routinely in a "log" file: IP address, and hostname if available; the date and time of your access; the pages you visit on our server; the type of browser and operating system you use (your browser will give this information automatically to all web servers); and the referring page, if there was one.
These log files, that in any case do not contains any personal information, are private and confidential and will not be released to the general public. Statistics on what pages are the most popular, what domains are our biggest users, etc. may be released internally to Zanetti SpA technical staff, but these do not include any personal information. The intent of these statistics is simply to make our services better.
Nature of the provision:
Provision of the data put at our disposal is at your discretion. Not provide to us personal data means only Zanetti SpA will not be able to answer to any of your request.
You will have access at any time to the data we own about you and you can request us to update, modify, integrate, or cancel information in our database related to you.
Diritti dell'interessato (Art. 15-20 GDPR 679/2016) :
The Interested party due to particular situations can oppose himself against the processing of personal data at any time sending a request to the Record-owner using the following email address privacy@zanetti-spa.it
The Interested party is entitled to cancel his own personal data if the Record-owner has no legitimate reasons against the request and in any case that the Interested party stands against the data use for commercial and promotional activities.
Art. 15-20 GDPR 679/2016
Regarding the processing of personal data the Interested party has the right to obtain from the proprietor the followings:
a) confirmation that there is an ongoing process related to his/her personal data, get access to the data and to the following information:
1. the aim of the processing
2. the categories of the personal data at issue
3. the receivers or their categories to which personal data were or will be communicated, in particular if receivers are based overseas or they are international organizations
4. the period of personal data retention, if not available, the standards used to define the data storage
5. the right of the interested party to request to the Record-owner corrections or cancellation of personal data or the right to limit the use or to act against data processing
6. the right to complain through a competent control authority
7. information concerning data origin when these are not collected at the interested party’s level
8. the existence of a decision making automated process, which includes the profiling. Significant information regarding the logical process used, as well as the results of this processing for the interested party
9. the relevant protection guarantees provided by overseas countries (extra EU) or international organization and rel. to data broadcasting
b) the right to receive a copy of personal data object of this processing, without damaging sensitive data or other kind of privacy data
c) the right to obtain from the Record-owner the correction of incorrect personal data and without any unjustified delay
d) the right to obtaining from the Record-owner the cancellation of personal data and without any unjustified delay if existing required reasons ref. GDPR-Art.17 are no longer valid for the stated aim or if the processing is illegal and in case of existing legal conditions, or anyhow the processing is no more justified by other legal causes
e) the right to obtain by the Record-owner the limitation of the personal data processing, as per Art. 18/GDPR, i.e. during the necessary period to verify the correctness of these data and treatment f) the right to obtain communication from the receiver’s Record-owners to whom the requests of corrections or cancellations or limitations have been addressed, unless it comes out to be impossible or implies endless efforts
g) the right to receive his/her personal data under a format, readable by automatic devices and the right to transmit such data to another Record-owners without any prevention from those ones who supplied them. In compliance with Art. 20 /GDPR the interested party has the right to obtain direct broadcast of his/her personal data by if technically feasible.
Cookies:
No personal users data is acquired by this website.
Neither cookies are in use and to transmit personal information, nor any kind of persistent cookies are used, and no user tracking systems. The use of session cookies (which are not permanently stored and fade away by closing the browser) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifications (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary for allowing the safe and sufficient website navigation.
The cookies used in the precise navigation session prevent the use of further computer techniques which potentially threaten the surfing confidentiality and do not allow the acquisition of users’ personal ID data.
General information, disabling and management of cookies:
Cookies are data provided by the website and stored by the internet browser in the computer or in another device (as for example tablets or mobile phones). Third-party’s or Technical cookies can be installed by our internet website.
Anyway the user can manage or rather request the general disabling or the deletion of cookies, changing the the internet browser set up. However such disabling can slow down or block the access to some parts of the website. The set up to manage or deactivate cookies can change depending on the used internet browser.
