Salted biscuits ideal for aperitifs and appetizers or for a healthy and genuine snack.

  • Butter100 g
  • Greated zanetti grana padano dop200 g
  • White flour200 g
  • Cream(3-4 spoonfuls)
  • Egg yolks4

Put the butter, flour, cheese in a mixing bowl and split them until you get a grainy substance. If you want, you can add two egg yolks.
Carefully add the cream so everything is mixed and you get a smooth, thick paste. Let it stand in the fridge for a while.
Then, form sticks around 4/5cm in diameter to be cut into small slices around 1cm high.
Lay the small slices on a well-greased baking tray, brush the biscuits with the egg yolk and place in a hot oven at around 250° until they have turned a golden colour.
