For the dough: lay the flour in a large bowl and form a hole in the middle. Pour a glass of room temperature water, the dried yeast and the sugar into another dish, mix and place the mixture in the middle of the flour. On the side, dissolve 20 grams of salt in another glass of lukewarm water, add the oil and put them into the flour. Knead until you get a soft and thick ball mixture. Cover the bowl with a cloth and leave to stand until the mixture doubles in volume: coat the pizza dough and leave to rise.
For the pizza: slice up the mozzarella and the cherry tomatoes, add the black olives and season everything with rosemary. Put it in the oven for about 1 hour and serve, dividing the tasty pizza into slices.
