Place the crescenza goat’s cheese, the flour, the baking powder and the sugar on the table: mix the ingredients in a bowl and knead everything with your hands.
Shape the dough vigorously: the result must be a smooth and solid dough. Then divide it into pieces, butter and flour the baking tray so the dough doesn’t stick to the bottom, then create your cake with the different pieces. Put the baking tray in the oven: after 40 minutes at 150° - 160°, it will be nicely cooked, fluffy and ready to serve.
