  • Taleggio DOP del monte Zanetti200 g
  • Sesame seeds1 teaspoon
  • Extra virgin oil2 spoonfuls
  • Salt and pepperto taste

Top the courgettes under water. Once washed and dried, cut the entire courgettes into 3 mm thick slices and heat a non-stick pan on the hob.
Before starting to grill, remember to sprinkle a bit of salt on the cooking plate: cook each side for 2 minutes and your courgettes will be ready.
Lastly, divide the Taleggio DOP into pieces to be spread out over the grilled courgettes, together with a sprinkle of sesame seeds, 2-3 teaspoons of oil, and the desired salt and pepper. Serve.
